The room was basic and the facilities basic too, but the location of the place is amazing as it was just a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary, which was our focus. As they had a 24 hour reception, it was super helpful to check-in, as our flight was delayed by 8 hours. Breakfast was good with enough to eat in terms of eggs and meat and other requirements. If you want dinner, you have to inform the reception before a certain time, however there are a lot of walk-in places around, so it's not too much of a worry.

The staff was extremely helpful. Our mother required a wheel chair and they had one in the hotel which was so useful. Anytime when we required anything they went beyond and helped us with the queries.

We cannot really say anything about this hotel. The hotel cancelled our reservation a day before we were due to arrive, but they moved us for no additional charge to a nearby 4-star hotel (I wouldn't have expected anything less). So all our experiences were of the 4-star hotel and not at this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful furniture and interior design. Its a small boutique hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The bed and bed linen were very comfortable and we slept great. We didn't available of breakfast as we had a sleep in. The location is great across the road from Shrine and so handy to hop over and back to shrine and very safe too when it got dark.It was lovely and very moving attending the late evening procession for our Lady with the candle lit. There a tourist train that leave from bus station every hour and stop near the hotal and it bring you out to the village the 3 children lived in and you can see all the sights and do the way of the cross. Really enjoy my stay and will be back. All staff we. meet were very helpful and they had candle for sale you can bring to the procession at the Shrine

I totally loved every stay at this hotel, it is my first choice when I visit Fatima. Bedides it's location across the Sanctuary, I like the warm atmosphere, the nice staff at the reception, and its elegant design. Rooms are impecable, very clean, spacious enough, comfortable bad and pillows.

Day Staff was extremely friendly. The room was immaculate. Decor was elegant. 5 min walk to the sanctuary. 20 min walk to Stations of the Cross and the 4th Apparition. Also, the angle of peace apparition. Also, the 3 children's house. All in the one place, a walking distance to each other. It offers breakfast for 8€ if you book it the day before or €10 if you want to just walk in.

The hotel is at great location, very close to the central square where all religious ceremonies are taking place. There is a possibility to park in front of the hotel on the street. The room has all amenities and the beds were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is exquisitely decorated, creating an atmosphere of relaxation in style. There are plenty of dining places within 5-minute walk.

Location right across the Bascilla, clean and perfect place to rest given that you will be attending several prayer visits and ceremonies at Fatima. Comfortable bed and linen to sleep inn. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Very courteous staff. Everything was there for a good night's rest. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of warm and cold foods/ beverages ... fruit, cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.
